Here is what our clients have said about their experience

Really had a wonderful time with full of lava for the first seeing but fascinated with diversified attraction such as Jungle hiking, snorkeling and etc. It has all the beauty. Very easy to access to well organized market which is little bit costly and beautiful sand beach where you can see turtle and fish while snorkeling just in front of condo. Especially recommended golf course from the host was a top notch. Condo was prepared with perfection.

We have rented several Waikoloa Beach Villas units and this is one of the best – we will certainly return here again. Clean, well appointed and many extras vs other units we have had. AC works great, Lani with BBQ wonderful- lots of stuff in garage to use. Very comfortable and convenient — Just wonderful.

Great place to rent!

We stayed here with four adults and a baby, plenty of room for everyone! Spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Property very well maintained. Walk out onto the patio and you’re on the edge of the golf course, great to have extra room outside. Lots of extras – beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, boogie boards, baby sand toys & floatie, snorkel gear and more.

Waikoloa beach villas

Great unit on beautiful property. We travelled with two young children and an infant. The unit was very clean with all of the extras to make the stay comfortable. The floor unit was great and the kids could go outside into the grass and play. Beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and towels made going to the beach a breeze. Location was perfect across from great shopping! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Precious time at great location and great value!

We are a Japanese couple of over 50’s, and stayed 4 nights. It was the third time for staying at Beach Villa for us. As for the former another unit which we rented by VRBO, a lot of promises at check-out procedures were tiring mentally. But At Susan’s villa, check out was very easy, so we had enjoyed with no stress. Also, Susan has communicated us in easy English for us.The unit was well kept, very clean. A minus point is that there was no rice cooker provided, so I had to cook rice with a pan. We are golf lovers, so Gold member rate is bonus for us and good saving .We want to stay absolutely again next year at Susan’s beautiful unit! (Sorry for my poor English!)

Great Condo

The condo was extremely comfortable, clean and fresh, well stocked with kitchen items, located across parking lot from pool, and a short walk to The Queens and Kings shopping centers. The property was very quiet and had great views. We would absolutely rent this unit again! Overall 5-Star Rating!

Fabulous time at Waikoloa Beach Villa

We recently stayed in G2 and had a wonderful time. My husband and I were there for 3 weeks, with my sister and her husband arriving after the 2nd week. They stayed a week after we left. The unit was ample in space for 2 couples. My husband and brother in law took advantage of the discounted golf rates almost daily. The Waikoloa Beach Villas complex is an easy walk to both the Kings and Queens Marketplaces. Starbucks is right across the street! Unit is clean and well kept. The lanai overlooks the 3rd tee on the Beach Course. It was great to have our own barbecue at the unit. Management company was responsive when we needed more propane for the barbecue. The complex is quiet and well maintained. One of the 2 pools is very geographically accessible to the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Plenty of sheets and towels, as well. We would happily stay in this unit again, should we come back.

70th Birthday Party with family at Waikoloa Beach at Christmas time – AWESOME

Details given as to where to find the Villa once we got off the plane was great. We had no problems with car rentals etc. and arrived shortly after our landing – at our home for 2 weeks. All instructions given were very helpful. We found our condo to be exceptionally clean and inviting to live in for the two weeks away from the cold weather in Saskatchewan, Canada. Our villa was equipped with everything that we needed and we especially enjoyed our deck and barbecue area. There were a total of 17 of us living in 4 separate condos and although ours was a bit smaller than two of the others, it was a great place for my husband and myself to get away to just enjoy the surroundings (which by the way were wonderful) and the peace and quiet that we came here for. The general information that was sent us prior to our arrival helped in planning our tours and of course being at a Gold Member condo – made golfing more affordable. Would we do it again and recommend this resort to others – other than the lava surrounding the island – for sure we would and we thank Susan for sharing her home with us.

Awesome Golf Villa

Stayed last week of October 2015 at Su and Bruce’s wonderful condo overlooking Waikoloa’s Beach Course. It had everything you need for a great Hawaii vacation plus a whole lot more. Shops, golf courses, beaches, restaurants all nearby and most within waking distance. Plenty of new beach gear in the garage, sweet bbq looking at the 3rd green of the Beach Course, and all the amenities of home. Great beach and bay with sea turtles just down the street at the Marriott. Beautiful place to stay on the Big Island where there are no bad days.

Beautiful Hawaii Home!

We stayed a week in Su & Bruce’s lovely Hawaii home. The condo is new, spotless, and well appointed. Everything we needed was there to use – beach chairs, cooler, all the kitchen necessities, grill, beach towels, and washer/dryer. Check in/out was easy and all communication via email was straightforward and clear. The condo is in a gated community right as you enter the Waikoloa Beach area. Within walking distance to two shopping areas (including a Starbucks). The Lava Lava beach club is a quick drive or a longer walk away, and a fabulous spot to watch sunsets. The beach directly next to the Lava Lava is also a great spot for sunsets – and with the use of the condo’s beach chairs and cooler, a much less expensive option for cocktails on the beach in the evening! There is an unmarked state park beach (Kekaha Kai State Park – Manini’owali Section) just 10 miles south of Waikoloa, directly across from the entrance to the veteran’s cemetery. Crystal clear blue water, soft soft white sand and wonderful waves for body surfing or boogie boarding. Most of the beaches we saw on Hawaii are rough lava rock sand, but not this hidden gem. For snorkeling we went to Kahaluu Beach Park, not much of a beach but great snorkeling and we got to see and swim with many sea turtles!

Expectations

From the moment we walked in the door we felt comfortable and at home. This condo was even better than the pictures represent. It was roomy, very clean and very quiet. The extra items provided were a nice touch; beach towels, chairs & toys, coolers, coffee. The kitchen was well stocked. The furniture and beds were cozy and comfortable. It’s going to be difficult to stay anywhere else from now on, because I don’t think anyplace will measure up to this one. We were so sad to have to leave.

We had a fabulous time in Waikoloa. Your beautiful condo met with every expectation. It is very welled maintained, and super clean. The kitchen had every comfort of home. We had breakfast on the patio every morning, and enjoyed the view of the 3rd hole. We took advantage of your Gold Membership golf privileges and were so thrilled to play at both courses for a reasonable rate. We are very thankful for the opportunity to spend our vacation in your condo, and, hopefully will be able to do this again soon. Mahalo, Molly

Best Location Ever!!

My husband and I have been visiting the Hawaiian Islands for over 20 years. We usually visit once or twice a year. We have stayed in high end hotels; Fairmont Orchid & Mauni Lani Resort as well as most of the condo units at Waikoloa Resort. This condo is our new favorite! The location is exceptional! The one of the pools & jaccuzzi is across from the unit. The Queen’s Shopping mall is right across the street from the entrance into the Beach Villas. The King’s shopping mall is a little farther but an easy stroll. Golfing is literally out the back door! The patio has a wonderful, built in, deluxe barbecue grill. The Resortica staff members were always a phone call a way, when needed. The kitchen is well equipped, we even used the crockpot for a meal, while we were out all day! The garage is very handy on those times you might venture out to Costco. A few steps and you are in the condo. Not condos units come with a garage. We have had to wait and wait at other units just trying to find a nearby parking space. Those are only some of the reasons we were so pleased with our stay. The owners are especially accommodating! We HIGHLY recommend this rental property!

The condo location could not have been better with very easy access to the pool, shopping, restaurants, beaches, etc. Everything inside the condo was very nice, and we loved having use of the beach towels, snorkel gear, boogey boards and beach chairs. We really enjoyed having the lanai right on the golf course and took advantage of the savings as “Gold Members” at the King and Beach courses. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The condo is clean, spacious and comfortable with a very nice kitchen, just as pictured. It is in a great location in the complex, just a short distance from the pool. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the lanai with nice views of the landscaping and sunsets. We cooked on the grill most nights and dined outdoors. It is a very short walk across the street to the Queen’s MarketPlace with restaurants, grocery, spa and other shops. It was a bonus to have a garage to park the car out of the sun. The condo has everything needed, including beach toys and towels. We stayed for a week in June of 2014 and would have enjoyed staying longer.

Absolutely Perfect!

We chose this property for two main reasons, the discounted golf and the fact that it has its own BBQ. We thoroughly exhausted both. The location was great, easy access to the beach, lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. The condo itself was perfect, the kitchen is set up for anyone who likes to cook. We made a lot of our own meals there and never needed to search far for the right pots, pans or utensils. The back lanai was perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets (and some great fireworks one night from the nearby Lava Lava Club). We were two couples and with two full bedrooms and two full bathrooms we were never crowded or on top of each other. Free wifi means if you need to connect you can. The pool for the complex is mere steps away and was never crowded. It was great for a dip after golf. The local property manager was there for any questions and was very quick to respond when we had questions. All in all a flawless unit with tons of benefits. Friend who saw our pictures are already asking for the details so they can stay there. The complex was quiet at night as well so you could relax. Being a ground floor unit was great also as we could walk right out the back door to the King’s Shops nearby.

Loved having the washer and dryer and beach supplies. The condo is very quiet and private. We only saw another couple one time during our stay. Watched the birds and mongoose every night at dinner. Sunsets from A-bay are the best. Very convenient to the pool/spa, walking to Queens Shops.

A Lot To See & Do and A Great Place to Stay

We enjoyed your condo so much! It is beautiful and very private..not what I would expect for the first floor. we loved the easy and close entry from the garage…what a nice extra feature to have. And one of the things most important to me is the comfort of the bed, omg, that was wonderful! I have difficulty when traveling, have pain in my hips from most every bed and I bring something to add extra padding, but not yours! Best sleep! we did get to A-bay a couple of times, loved the turtles and had such a good time watching them. Lava Lava was really neat, we got to hear the live music. We went around the northwest side of the island all the way to the end, and drove back thru Wiamea…very scenic. Drove to Hilo, shopped a little in that older section of town, and did the 4 mile scenic drive…not sure what it is called…just north of Hilo and that was really worth it. Saw several waterfalls along the way back…just beautiful area. And were also in Kialua and south of there several times for different sightseeing and shopping opportunities. I wanted Andy to do one of the air trips to at least see what we wouldn’t be able to drive to…he decided on an airplane circle around the island tour so he got to see the volcano, south point, etc. He also did the petroglyphs walk near your condo and really liked that. fyi for future guests, we really liked the Foodland grocery in Mauna Lani best…very close, they had some sales and easy to sign up for their member program by just giving your telephone #–no paperwork, nice selection, good choices if you want to eat in but not cook much. And it was great having the island market across the street from your condo…especially that first morning after we got there. Didn’t know where to go for breakfast cause we got in so late the night before. So we accidentally found the grill in the market that had a few breakfast choices that were a little hardier than Starbucks. but how great to have a Starbucks so close! Also, I found a rental car place on line called discountawaiicarrental.com that offered some cheaper rentals. They were reputable and very responsive by email. I booked quite a bit ahead of time to be sure I got a decent rate, but also checked back in thru travelocity and discounthawaiicarrental.com and was able to get even cheaper rentals closer to the time we left. Our Kona rental for a week was about $145 total thru discounthawaiicarrental.com.

This condo was the “cherry on top” of a great Hawaiian vacation!

Wow! What a great place to stay. This condo has it ALL! It’s in a fabulous location. This area of the island is the best part of the island. It almost never rains, which is something you want on a trip. The beaches are incredible. There is shopping across the the street from the resort. If you anything, it can be found across the street. SO handy. There is a private resort pool just across the grass from the condo. We also got pool passes to the Hilton, just down the street, and that was fun. There are luaus right there as well. As far as the condo itself… fabulous!! Two bedrooms with flat screens in each, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, even a garage for your car. The kitchen is decked out in granite and top of the line appliances. There is every utensil and size dish you would need. The beds, pillows, sheets, and towels were all very soft and luxurious. Better than mine at home. The furniture was comfy and clean. It was so fun to hang out on the lanai, with the built-in outdoor kitchen. It includes comfortable outdoor furniture, granite counter tops, sink, cabinets, and a state of the art Viking grill. You can flip your steaks and sip a mai tai as you watch the golfers go by. THAT was fun too. Being on the 3rd hole of a fancy golf course was a bonus. It was very quiet at this complex too, which is what we wanted. So refreshing and relaxing! This condo felt so comfortable and homey. I was so glad we weren’t in a hotel. Even a nice hotel wouldn’t have been as great as this place. It was such a pleasure to come ‘home’ to after being out all day. It was so relaxing and beautiful. I want all my friends to go to THIS condo because it was so wonderful. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It really was the cherry on top of our great Hawaiian vacation. 🙂

In the past 3 years we have stayed at a VRBO in Mani Lani and always enjoyed it. However, this year the property had been sold and no longer rented. So we heard about this place at the Waikaloa Beach Villas. It met, and exceeded our expectations. There were only the two of us for this trip but the 2 bedrooms came in handy for storing all our gear. The master bed was very comfortable! The location was perfect for us, we could walk to the shops across the street and enjoy Starbucks. We were able to play golf for a reasonable price and the lanai looked out on one of the greens of the course. We liked that it was the lower level because we didn’t have to carry groceries and gear up the stairs. Another thing we noticed was that the owners had plenty of extra sleeping space. They even have it so that the twin beds in the spare bedroom could be made into a king bed. Because we love to scuba dive with Blue Wilderness Divers (Queens Shops) we were only a 5 minute drive from Puako Bay, where we meet the dive boat. Our only disappointment was that for being there 3 weeks there was no cleaning service (unless we paid extra) and there were no cleaning supplies so that we could clean. We had a friend living nearby so we could borrow from her so as not to pay a fortune for cleaning supplies. We highly recommend and most certainly will be back and look forward to our next visit! Mahalo!

Well, it seems like no matter where you go in Hawaii, everything is wonderful. That goes for this condo too. It’s very nicely furnished, decorated and appointed with all the cooking and beach toys you could want. The wifi, stereo and gas grill also work great. There is so much good seafood to buy in the grocery stores that we found home-cooked meals were the way to go most nights. The Beach Golf Course was beautiful and offered a laid-back pace of play (in July…) We had absolutely everything we needed to really enjoy the island. This place is centrally located within easy striking distance of more beach parks than we could get to in 1 week. Across the street is a pretty nice mall with upscale shops and a few restaurants if you are not feeling too adventurous some nights. Also, I would highly recommend Bike Works if you are looking at renting a bike to do any semi serious riding in the village or out on the nearby Kona Ironman course. Turtles come up on the sand for easy viewing at the beach near the Lava Club restaurant, which is about a 15 minute walk. Yes, you do need a car to do most things, but that would be true anywhere on the island. It really is pretty…. Big! The owners are wonderful communicators and gracious with the goodies they provide in the condo. We loved our stay here!!!

This was an excellent property for individuals that are interested in golf, history, and geology. It was fun seeing the various types of beaches on this Island. Not a good island for teenagers looking for surfing lots of great beaches or for individuals who have not been to the Islands before and are looking for the stereotypical Hawaii experience.

Dick and Sandi M recommends this vacation rental Sandi & I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation on the Big Island. Having previously spent time on the other islands years ago, we prefer the pace, the geographic diversity & the overall feeling of the Big Island. The condo specifically was in a great location, private, but accessible to the beaches, golf, shopping & a wonderful selection of restaurants. Merrimans in Wiamea was our favourite. Really hope we have the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you for allowing us to share your piece of paradise.

This property was exactly as advertised. Lovely and private but good amenites across the road at Queens and Kings shopping areas. Good quality furnishings throughout condo and excellent quantity and quality of beach accessories. Waikaloa Village is great for incidental grocery buying (stock up at Costco at the beginning of stay). Lava Java cafe also in the Village has good food and coffee at decent prices. The food court at the Queens shopping rea is also very good. Hapuna Beach is the best on the Island – gets very busy at weekends though, so need to park fairly early to get a spot. The Saddle Road cuts a lot of time from the drive to Hilo and the Volcano. Saw plenty of whales and also turtles (we visited in Feb/March). Had a fabulous month and would go back anytime.

Recommended for: Romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Owner response: Aloha Margaret- we are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay in WBV -G2. We try hard to make our guests feel at home and there is no greater reward than having our guests pleased. Also, thank you so much for the helpful tips you left for future guests! We sincerely hope that if you are ever on the island again, that you will allow us to be your host. Mahalo- Su and Bruce

We had a five star stay during our visit to Waikoloa Beach Villas. We can’t think of anything that could have made our experience more perfect than it fact, we are booked to come back and stay in G2 over the Christmas Holiday. Mahalo for everything and Aloha!!!!

This is “our” condo in our hearts. The Rental Management took care of some maintenance issues first thing on Monday after our Saturday arrival. We love everything about this area, access to shops, restaurants and A Bay.

A pleasant and wonderful stay at G2!

We were absolutely thrilled with staying in your Waikoloa Beach Villas G2. The central location was key to our pleasant stay. Can’t wait to come back again. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

Waikoloa Beach Villas are exactly as they appear in their marketing materials. The unit we stayed in was great with all of the amenities that were advertised. The staff of the ResorticaHawaii were professional in the booking process and throughout our stay. The aloha spirit thrives with them. I’d offer my highest recommendation.

Enjoyed our Stay & Visit

It was outstanding, and the Management & Staff were most accomodating and helpful. Everything that was discussed and expected, happened in a reliable way as expected, with the exception we did not receive a key to the pool, and never had access to it even though we tried to request and gain access. Most of all, thanks to the Management Staff for all their cooperation and assistance.

Rentals were for 60th wedding anniversary and family reunion. Old folks had medical problems so only kids and grandkids attended and had a blast. Very nice facilities they claimed. We wouldn’t know!

Great Condo

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer condo. The whole complex is only a few years old so it is still in really good shape. There are a few areas that are showing a bit of wear. The pool is very small and shallow but they have designed it so it looks very pretty with rocks and boulders around the pool. There is a water fall coming down one area of boulders. The best feature is the hot tub right beside the pool. That was ‘heaven!’ There wasn’t enough lounger by the pool. Not everyone could get a chair. That is the worst! You pay to go to a complex with a pool expecting to be able to sit around the pool. They have to do something about that! The grounds were well taken care of. Lots of greenery and flowers. Very clean. The condo itself is beautiful. Very nicely furnished. Well stocked in dishes, etc. It could use another cooking pot or 2. The condo had every gadget you could think of. Slow cooker, rice cooker, coffee bean grinder, but it did not have a simple potato masher. That was funny. For any first timers, there is NOTHING in the cubboards. Not even coffee for the first morning. They give you soap and shampoo like a hotel but not the coffee. That was amusing too. Those are just 2 very little stupid things. A lot of care was put into this condo. The master bathroom is huge! There is 1 king size bed in the master and the other room has 2 twins that can be joined to make a king bed. The complex is very quiet most of the time. There is a mall right across the street for those that want to shop. There is a grocery store there as well but it is very expensive. Shop for food in Kona at Costco’s or Safeway and even Walmart. Kona which is only a 30 minute drive has a target, walmart, kmart so you can pick up supplies there. There is a foodland close the Villas in the next resort over. Maybe a 10minute drive.

We loved the view from the lanai and that the lanai had a BBQ. Also it was a very quiet location that made for a very relaxing stay. Next time we go to Hawaii we will be looking to stay at this property.

This is our third stay and we cannot wait to return. The location, beach area and activities make the perfect vacation. We love to snorkel in A-Bay – so a walk to the bay and a swim start each day. We always find something new to discover about the Big Island on our “explores.” This is the paradise of vacations in paradise.

We had a terrific 2 weeks at this deluxe unit. Being close (walking) to “A” Beach and to Hapuna Beach (10 min drive) made our local beaching great ! The pools and exercise room at the condos were a great addition to the daily routine.

Free evening entertainment was just across the street at the Queen’s Market. Less VOG factor in Waikoloa than in Kona. A car is a must to visit sites on the island. Cheapest gas is at COSCO. We alternated days traveling versus relaxing at the beach and had a fantastic trip. Having excellent cooking facilities at the unit made that another enjoyable part of the day. We will definitely return to this site.

We absolutely loved this property! The grounds are beutiful and well laid out. The unit itself was new with granite throughout and two large bedrooms and bathrooms to accomodate our family of four. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for meals. We loved being able to BBQ on the lanai. G2 is right across from the beautiful pool, which was great for our kids. The garage is a little small, but hey at least there is a garage! The people at Resortica were wonderful to work with. We will definitely be back. We had a wonderful trip!

We LOVE A-bay near Waikoloa Beach Villas

This is the perfect loction for us as we walk to the beach and swim with fish and turtles EVERY day. The only downside is the condo management- not Resortica’s fault- has FAILED to provide good walking access to the King shop end of the development or along the very busy road outside. Keep the cars parked= provide good walking access.

Best place on the island

Stayed 7 days in December, 2009

We LOVED this place. The condo was beautiful and was perfect for our family of 4. It was so clean, had all the amenities we needed (no need to buy laundry soap – so helpful!)and best of all it is SO conveniently located. Right across from one mall, next to another, near a beach but easy access from the airport. My husband and I explored the island (Kona side) and determined that these condos were really the best location. The only TEENY TINY negative is that the pools were a little cold in the morning! It’s no different than all of the hotels, though. The sun heats it throughout the day but it makes it harder to want to jump in with your kids at 9 a.m.! If you’re thinking about the big island, book your plane ticket and stay at these condos. You won’t be sorry. We’ll be back, hopefully with a whole bunch of friends!
